Major Honey, Lemon and Mustard Mari Base
1. Put crackers in a polythene bag. Crush until they turn into fine crumbs.
2. Place coley onto a greased baking tray.
3. Combine mayonnaise, parmesan, Major Honey, Lemon & Mustard Mari Base and the lemon juice.
4. Spread a layer over each fillet.
5. Combine crumbs and parsley.
6. Sprinkle over fillets.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven 200°C for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.
