1. Marinate the steak in Major Korean Mari Base(1) for 2 hours.
2. Add the butter to a frying pan along with all of the vegetables and some water. Cook on a low heat until tender then add Major Korean Mari Base(2).
3. Heat a splash of oil in another frying pan until smoking hot. Add the steak and cook for one minute on each side.
4. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving on top of the vegetables.
