1. Place crackers in a polythene bag. Crush until they turn into fine crumbs.
2. Place hoki fillets onto a greased baking tray.
3. Combine mayonnaise, cheddar and Major Piri Piri Mari Base.
4. Spread a layer over each fillet.
5. Combine crumbs, dried herbs and parsley.
6. Sprinkle a little over each fillet.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven 200°C for about 10 minutes or until fish is cooked.
