1. Heat wok until very hot, add oil, then stir fry turkey for 2 minutes.
2. Add beans, onion and garlic and cook for a further 5 minutes.
3. Stir in lime juice, Major Piri Piri Mari Base, Major Thai Mari Base and fish sauce.
4. Stir in noodles and herbs, toss and heat through quickly.
5. Serve with lime wedges.
