Mustard and Lemon Rice Salad
Using Major Honey, Lemon and Mustard Mari Base
Red Bell Pepper- Deseeded and Thinly Sliced
Salami- Cut into Thin Strips
Spring Onions- Finely Sliced
Major Honey, Lemon & Mustard Mari Base
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1. Cook rice as instructed on packet. Drain and run under cold water then drain again.
2. Stir the peas, celery, red pepper, nuts, salami, black olives and spring onions into rice and mix well.
3. Mix the dressing ingredients together and whisk well.
4. Mix dressing into rice and serve.
