1. Heat wok until hot.
2. Dry fry the prawns and coriander stalks for 1-2 minutes until the prawns are just pink.
3. Add the noodles, beansprouts, egg, lime juice, fish sauce, Major Oriental Mari Base and sugar.
4. Quickly toss together for 1 minute until egg is just cooked.
5. Mix in most of the coriander leaves.
6. To serve, scatter with remaining coriander leaves, some lime wedges and roasted peanuts if desired.
