1. Heat wok until very hot, add oil, then stir fry beef for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. Stir fry broccoli with a splash of water for 4-5 minutes or until starting to soften.
3. Add peppers, red onions, pak choi, then stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Stir in Major Piri Piri Mari Base, hoisin and beef.
5. Stir in noodles and heat through quickly.
6. Add a little water if it seems a bit dry.
